Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Minvoir.
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unopened. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that you have not opened the packaging. If the bag is opened, we cannot accept your return, as tights are considered hygiene products.
To request a return, you can contact us at info@minvoir.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns are at the customer's own expense.

RETURN PROCEDURE - RETURNING VIA POSTNL OR DHL

CONTACT US FIRST
First, contact us for any return questions via info@minvoir.com. We will check if we can proceed with your return request based on whether the product is still in its packaging, unopened, and unused/unopened.

CREATE A NOTE FOR THE PACKAGE
If we accept your request, make sure to write your full name, order number, and reason for return on a piece of paper and include it in the packaging box.

PREPARE THE PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING
Place the item or items in the original mailbox packaging (if possible), put the written note inside, and seal the package. We ask you to send it back at your own expense to:

Make sure to write this address on the mailbox/package.

DROP OFF AT DHL OR POSTNL POINT
Go to a DHL or PostNL point and drop off your package. You will receive a shipping receipt; keep this safe.

REFUND
We will refund the money to your account within 7 business days after receiving your return.
WARRANTY
We offer a 90-day warranty on all our tights. This means that if you get a run in your tights within this period, we will offer a solution. This solution may be a full refund, a new free product, or a significant discount on a new pair, depending on the situation. First, contact us, and we will check if you qualify for a replacement, discount, or refund. Snags, tears, or other damage caused by the customer are not covered by the warranty.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
How can I modify or cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at info@minvoir.com and provide your order number and the change you wish to make. We will confirm once the change or cancellation has been made.
Your order can only be canceled and modified within 5 hours after placing the order. After this period, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
How long does it take to process a replacement or return?
We review claims within 24 business hours. Once we determine that your order is eligible for a replacement or exchange, it usually takes 7 business days to arrange a replacement.
Can I exchange my purchase for something else?
At this moment, we cannot process exchanges. Contact customer service if you wish to exchange.
RETURN PROCESS
While we wish you loved your purchase, we understand if it wasn't right for you.
If a customer wants to return the item, feel free to email us at info@minvoir.com. Our support team will always be available to help you.
However, note that only broken, incorrect items, or any errors on our part are applicable for returns. You may then receive a refund or a replacement after your consent and our approval. Outside of these aspects (customer orders the wrong size, doesn't like the color, or simply doesn't want it anymore), returns are not possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@minvoir.com and send your item to the return address on the label.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email info@minvoir.com for the return details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note:
Any failed delivery due to customer errors in the shipping address or customer unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of the customer’s residential areas (as long as the shipping carriers confirm the order has been delivered) will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased on Minvoir, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. The bag must not have been opened, as tights are hygienic products and we do not accept used tights.
Once a product is returned, a full refund will be processed once it has been delivered to the return address.
Refund Timeframe
Once a product is returned and accepted at the return address, the customer will be fully refunded, which may take 7 business days for the money to appear in your bank account.
